As the design lead, I partnered with Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to drive Lightroom Web growth as a top-of-funnel acquisition strategy. Together, we introduced a freemium editing experience, giving users access to a curated set of tools and sample images to explore Lightroom’s capabilities.

This initiative is part of a phased approach toward a fully freemium experience on the web, designed to engage new users and nurture them into the Lightroom ecosystem.
